Before presenting candidates to the client, we will arrange intensive face-to-face interview with each qualified candidates.

    This is the prevailing practice of engagement to have the incumbent working under the client’s payroll. Our company will act as an effective source for candidates, screening and sieving out the most suitable candidates based on our client’s needs, criteria and company culture.
  • Temporary Placement

Search Method

  • Network Search
    We will source for suitable candidates through our consultants’ own network. Our consultants have over the years developed extensive and solid network. Candidates are referred to our consultants for their expertise and reputation in the search industry.
  • Database Search
    We will perform a comprehensive database search and identify suitable candidates for any given assignment. All our candidates have been interviewed at least once using behavioral interviewing technique. For each specific assignment, we will have another interview to further explore the candidate’s suitability for the clients’ needs, culture and environment.
  • Targeted Search
    We will perform a targeted search to proactively identify candidates. Targeted candidates will also be interviewed and the identity of the client will not be disclosed until the candidate is determined to be suitable.
  • Advertising Search
    Upon prior agreement, we will advertise on behalf of our client and perform all the screenings. Aside from filtering the academic credential, we utilize a behavioral based interview technique in which we will assess the candidates’ technical abilities, communication skills, leadership potential and personal and personality in general.
